The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED uses advanced ink technology to deliver exceptional image clarity across a wide range of applications. The system is built to support consistent, high-quality output while maintaining an operator-friendly production environment.

Precision vacuum control system
The printer incorporates a carefully engineered vacuum system designed to deliver reliable media hold-down during printing. Developed using advanced airflow modelling, it helps ensure stable material handling across a wide range of substrates.

Optimised media loading system
Dedicated loading and unloading tables make it easier to handle different materials during production. The textured surface supports accurate media positioning while helping maintain stable handling across a broad range of substrates.

Uvijet UH LED ink
The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED runs with Fujifilm’s Uvijet UH LED ink, developed to deliver strong adhesion across a wide range of materials used in hybrid printing, helping maintain reliable results across different substrates.

Efficient rigid media printing
The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED combines a belt-driven transport system with intelligent vacuum control to support reliable printing on a wide variety of rigid materials. This design allows substrates typically associated with flatbed systems to be produced efficiently on a hybrid platform.

For applications such as short-term signage, materials like Correx can be printed quickly and efficiently. Multiple panels can be produced simultaneously across the print bed, allowing continuous production with minimal operator involvement.

Dual-roll production capability
The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED supports simultaneous printing of two 1.6m rolls. A differential shaft design allows rolls of different diameters to run at independent speeds, helping maintain smooth and accurate media transport during production.

This enables efficient printing across a variety of roll media including self-adhesive vinyl, roller banner materials, floor graphics and billboard paper, all while maintaining high production speeds and consistent image quality.
