It supports multiple ink options, including the cost-efficient BS4 formulation alongside SS21 and SS22, allowing you to tailor running costs and output durability to your business needs.

The CJV330-160 has been developed to deliver consistently high-quality output, even at speed. Its refined ink drop control and latest-generation print heads ensure sharp detail, smooth gradients and accurate colour reproduction across a wide range of graphics and display applications. High-speed production does not come at the expense of finish, the CJV330-160 is built to maintain clarity and precision run after run.

Core technologies for reliable quality

Mimaki’s Weaving Dot Technology helps minimise banding and maintain even coverage across large areas of colour, while the new Deep Color Natural input profile provides richer solids, natural skin tones and improved depth in reds, blues and neutral greys.

These technologies work together to produce clean, stable and visually appealing output straight from the printer, reducing reprints, improving consistency and helping you deliver results that stand out.

Smarter investment with lower running costs

The CJV330-160 delivers high-end performance while helping you manage day-to-day operating costs effectively. Ink choice is flexible, with options including Mimaki’s cost-efficient BS4 formulation (available from around £90 per litre), the established SS21 set, or the newer SS22 wide-gamut GBL-free inks — allowing you to match performance and price to your production needs.

RasterLink, Mimaki’s RIP software, features a simple ink-saving control that enables users to reduce ink consumption without noticeably affecting print quality, helping keep costs predictable on longer or repeated runs.

The integrated cutting function provides added value as standard, and for operations looking to streamline finishing further, the system can be paired with an XY trimmer to reduce manual trimming and speed up job turnaround.
