The Mimaki TxF300-1600 is a high-productivity Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer designed for businesses looking to scale textile decoration with confidence. When production speed matters, the TxF300-1600 delivers. Offering approximately three times the productivity of Mimaki’s entry-level DTF model, the wider-format system further increases efficiency, making it ideal for busy print environments and growing apparel businesses. Mimaki quotes production speeds capable of outputting up to 84 large T-shirts per hour, helping you meet demand without compromising quality.

DTF printing can be demanding — particularly when working with white ink. That’s why the TxF300-1600 features Mimaki Circulation Technology (MCT) Version 2, continuously circulating white ink throughout the system to reduce sedimentation, minimise nozzle clogging, and maintain stable print performance. This helps reduce maintenance requirements while improving print consistency over longer production runs.
To further support uninterrupted production, the printer includes Mimaki’s intelligent Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) and Nozzle Recovery System (NRS). These technologies automatically detect missing nozzles, perform cleaning when required, and compensate for nozzle issues to help avoid wasted media and unnecessary downtime.
The TxF300-1600 uses Mimaki’s genuine PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink, developed specifically for DTF production. Certified to ECO PASSPORT standards, the ink has been independently tested for textile safety, helping ensure confidence when producing garments and textile products. The degassed aluminium ink packs also help improve ink stability while reducing plastic waste compared to traditional bottles.
