When we do sales calls and visit our current and potential customers, I always ask them what they want, what are they being asked for by their customers and what’s missing?

We might have an idea that we think is brilliant, but our customers might disagree. So, it is up to us to find out what application the customer is working on and what sort of solution they need to carry out the job, right down to core details like flame retardancy. We treat our customers as partners; it’s not just about the sale, but the long-term relationship.

The 31-mile circular Hyndburn Clog passes through remarkably diverse countryside and offers amazing views of the scenic Hill Country. Serious walkers can tackle the entire route, while for those who fancy a shorter stroll, the walk is broken down into seven, more manageable stages.
