Industrial superwide performance
The Acuity Ultra R2 extends the proven performance of the Acuity platform into superwide production, supporting print widths of up to 5 metres. Precision industrial printheads capable of 3.5 picolitre droplets, paired with advanced LED UV ink technology, deliver reliable and consistent image quality across demanding production environments.

While perfectly capable of producing large outdoor graphics such as billboards and signage, the Acuity Ultra R2 also delivers the precision needed for premium indoor displays. A flexible platform for superwide production
With its substantial print width, multi-roll productivity and ability to handle a wide selection of media types, the Acuity Ultra R2 supports profitable production across numerous applications. Exhibition graphics, retail displays, backlit visuals, art reproductions and outdoor signage can all be produced on one platform. LED variants also provide additional flexibility, allowing print providers to tailor output to changing customer demands.

Designed to support productive workflows
The Acuity Ultra R2 incorporates a range of advanced features to support efficient, reliable production. These include a chilled vacuum system that helps stabilise thinner or heat-sensitive substrates, integrated backlighting to monitor image quality during printing, and an automatic nozzle maintenance system. This automated function periodically fires small droplets of ink to keep printhead nozzles clear, helping maintain consistent print quality during long production runs.
