Single-person operation
Keencut’s Lift-and-Hover technology allows one operator to position and align materials before engaging the clamping bar. The anti-sag mechanism keeps the cutter bar parallel across its full length, including on the 3.6m model.

Fast, accurate cutting for busy production environments
The Keencut Evolution3 BenchTop is a permanently installed cutting system designed for print rooms, sign makers and production environments where speed, accuracy and ease of use are essential.
Its Lift-and-Hover system allows the cutting bar to be raised and lowered so that it sits just above the material. This makes it easier for one person to position, align and clamp sheets or rolls before cutting.
A clear sightline strip shows exactly where the cut will be made, helping operators work more confidently while reducing mistakes and wasted material. Available in cutting lengths from 1.1m to 3.6m, the Evolution3 BenchTop is suitable for both small-format and wide-format finishing.
The Evolution3 BenchTop is suitable for trimming printed banners, self-adhesive vinyl, pop-up and roll-up graphics, foamboard, corrugated plastic, cardboard, display board, wallpaper and decorative films.
With the correct optional tool head, it can also be used for cutting textiles and delicate materials, creasing card and cardboard, or for occasional cutting of aluminium composite panels.
It can handle PVC foamboard, corrugated cardboard, corrugated plastic and foam-centred board up to 13mm thick. It is also suitable for banners, vinyl, film, magnetic media, pop-up display materials, wallpaper, tissue paper and textiles.
Cast acrylic up to 3mm can be scored, while aluminium composite panel up to 3mm can be cut occasionally using the optional Rocker tool head and the appropriate blade.
