The Vivid Veloblade Nexus
The Vivid VeloBlade Nexus Series is a new generation of flatbed cutting technology built for ambitious printers and production houses. With its advanced toolset — including drag knife, crease wheel, v-cut knife, oscillating knife, and optional CNC router — the Nexus handles a huge range of substrates, from corrugated board and foam PVC to MDF, acrylic, Dibond, and more.
It combines precision (+/-0.1mm repeat accuracy) with power (cutting up to 25mm thick) and scale (sheet sizes up to 3.2m wide), all while working directly with design software like Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign, and AutoCAD.
Backed by a vacuum grip conveyor belt, CCD camera registration system, and intelligent servo controls, the VeloBlade Nexus makes it possible to produce short-run packaging, retail displays, and bespoke applications faster, smarter, and more profitably.
