Powered by Ricoh GEN6 printheads and capable of resolutions up to 2400 dpi, the Platinum KCXL+ produces smooth gradients, fine text and crisp image quality across both short-run and high-volume production.
Its advanced flatbed system includes dual vacuum motors, multi-zone vacuum control and material support pins to ensure stable and accurate substrate positioning throughout the print process.
Automatic material height measurement helps reduce setup time while improving consistency across different media types, allowing operators to move efficiently between jobs with minimal interruption. Bidirectional printing further enhances productivity, helping maximise throughput without compromising print quality

The Platinum KCXL+ uses UV-LED curing technology to deliver durable, instantly cured prints across a wide range of rigid and specialist substrates.
Supporting CMYK, White, Light Cyan, Light Magenta and Varnish configurations, the printer offers the flexibility required for high-impact graphics, layered effects, textured finishes and premium print applications.
With a 5 pl droplet size, the machine is capable of producing smooth tonal transitions, detailed imagery and consistent colour reproduction across demanding production work.
