Throughout the current, challenging situation we’ve been very transparent about how the entire Soyang operation is functioning, with recent positive messages from our colleagues in China bringing some light to difficult times.

Our staff and customer health and wellbeing remain our primary concern. As such, and as we now see things rapidly evolving across Europe, we will continue to follow government advice, taking the following steps to adapt to the situation:

  • Soyang Europe’s daily despatch and delivery service of printable material will continue whilst our delivery partners enable it to do so. This means that our full product range remains available on a next day delivery service within the UK.
  • With immediate effect however, we request that any visits to our Altham distribution centre do not take place as we will only be allowing Soyang Europe staff onsite. Understandably, we are adapting to the situation and are already making more use of electronic communications to stay in touch with you, so please use email, phone or our website and social channels to contact us. We’re here to support our customers throughout this challenging period. Wherever and however possible, we’ll be available to advise, supply and assist in keeping your business operating as best we can.
