Digitally printable media specialist, Soyang Europe has announced it is to exhibit for the first time at the forthcoming Surface and Materials Show, which makes up part of the renowned UK Construction Week.

The Surface and Materials Show is a dedicated exhibition for materials at the forefront of design; a burgeoning area for Soyang Europe with its extensive printable media collections being made up of a wide selection of niche and creative products for commercial and domestic décor. The Surface and Materials Show takes place from the 9th – 11th October 2018 and is one of nine exhibitions taking place simultaneously at the NEC, including the popular Grand Designs LIVE.

Andrew Simmons, Sales Director at Soyang Europe explains the rationale behind the  venture; “The Surface and Materials Show is the perfect opportunity for us to showcase key creative printable materials to an audience of architects, interior designers, flooring contractors and facilities managers, giving them a glimpse of how printable flooring and textiles can be utilised in the world of building and construction.”

Soyang Europe will be focusing on some key products at the event, demonstrating Bild Print Media, a truly remarkable printable flooring product that has transformed the floor graphics industry, as Simmons explains; “Bild is of great interest in an architectural capacity both commercially and domestically. The combined forces of having great practical advantages in terms of wear and health and safety, along with the ability to create a bespoke flooring product, makes Bild very desirable.”

Soyang Europe will also be showcasing its printable textiles, demonstrating its green credentials with recyclable products, with a focus on their suitability for retail and commercial environments.

“Due to our textile manufacturing capability, we can develop new products that our end users are asking for much quicker than other suppliers due to our production to distribution supply chain,” continues Simmons. “Our highly experienced team really understands our materials from both a technical and an application perspective and we’re keen to speak with visitors to the Surface and Materials Show to gain a deeper understanding of what printable materials they are looking for and how we can bring those solutions to market.”

Soyang Europe can be found on stand M825 at the Surface and Materials Show.
