The Miller Weldmaster T300 Edge

Versatile industrial welding for straight, curved and complex seams

The Miller Weldmaster T300 Extreme Flex is a highly versatile industrial fabric welding machine designed for businesses producing a wide range of flexible products.

Available with hot air technology, hot wedge technology or a combination of both, the T300 Extreme Flex can be configured around different materials, seam styles and production requirements. Its flexible working arms allow operators to produce both straight and curved seams, making it suitable for everything from banners and tarpaulins to tents, covers, inflatables and technical textile products.

Flexible hot air and hot wedge welding

The T300 Extreme Flex can be supplied with hot air, hot wedge or both welding technologies, giving businesses the flexibility to select the most appropriate process for each material and application.

Hot air welding uses controlled heated air to soften the material before pressure rollers create the finished seam. Hot wedge welding places a heated metal wedge directly between the material layers, providing efficient heat transfer and consistent welding at higher production speeds.

Having both technologies available on one machine allows operators to work with a wider selection of thermoplastic and coated materials without relying on separate production systems.

Straight and curved seam production

Dual operating arms allow the machine to be configured for straight or curved seam welding. This makes the T300 Extreme Flex suitable for flat products such as banners, tarpaulins and covers, as well as shaped products including tents, tubes, inflatables, ducting and containment systems.

The flexible working arrangement allows operators to guide large or unusually shaped products through the welding area while maintaining control over the seam position.

Fast industrial production

The T300 Extreme Flex can achieve welding speeds of up to 30 metres per minute, depending on the material, seam width and finished application.

Controlled temperature, pressure and speed help maintain strong, repeatable seams across both individual products and longer production runs. This enables businesses to increase throughput while reducing the time and labour required for manual sewing, gluing or outsourced finishing.

Touchscreen operation and recipe storage

An easy-to-use touchscreen gives operators direct control over the machine’s welding settings. Frequently used parameters can be stored as production recipes, making it quicker to recall proven settings when returning to a material or product.

Recipe storage can reduce setup time between repeat jobs and helps different operators achieve more consistent results across multiple shifts or production runs.

Quick, repeatable welding head adjustments

Precision welding head adjustments allow the machine to be set up accurately for different materials, seam widths and product configurations.

Once the correct position has been established, settings can be repeated when similar work returns. This helps minimise lengthy mechanical adjustments and supports more consistent seam alignment throughout production.
