Pneumatic oscillating knife – POT module

POT is powerful tool for cutting almost any material. With high oscillation stroke it cuts rubber, PVC, reboards, heavy foams, hard gaskets, but also light materials. Its industrial design offers high efficiency and reliability in everyday operation. Long tool life is also important, only carbide knives are used here.

Oscillation is created by a source of clean compressed air with a pressure of 6 bar. Oscillation range is a full 8 mm at a frequency of 9.000 strokes per minute! Knives are available in lengths from 6 mm up to 115 mm! With such a tool you can cut foam up to a thickness of 100 mm.

Pneumatic knife can be equipped with a pressure foot which presses on the material to be cut and prevents it from lifting during cutting. This also allows faster cutting. Pneumatic oscillating knife available for COMAGRAV DIGI, DIGI CORSA, NOTUS a NOTUS PLUS.

For cutting heads, we recommend installing a vacuum table with a vacuum pump (same is used for milling) together with a special cutting pad.

Electric oscillating knife – EOT module

EOT module is ideal for cutting light and medium density materials, such as corrugated cardboard, PVC, PE, etc. Oscillation with a frequency of 14000-18000 strokes per minute is an excellent parameter for fast cutting.

MCD module is ideal for cutting all types of textiles and industrial fabrics. Ten-sided carbide knife rotates at high speed, which is adjustable depending on cutting material.
