Soyang will demonstrate technology from leading manufacturers, its range of superwide format media, plus finishing solutions at the 3-day event.
Soyang is delighted to announce a series of upcoming open days to showcase its wide range of hardware and media solutions. Taking place at Soyang Europe’s specialist facility in Accrington, the open days will take place on 25, 26 and 27 June, with visitors welcome between 10am and 4pm. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to view a wide range of hardware products across printing and finishing, as well as industry-leading super-wide format materials.
New hardware solutions
Among the many highlights will be the Mimaki UCJV 330, the latest high-performance print and cut series from Mimaki that delivers photo-quality print at speeds of up to 25.8sq m/hr. Key features include a maximum print resolution of 1200dpi and the option for both white and clear inks.
Also new from Soyang Hardware is the Mimaki TXF-300, a direct-to-film (DTF) printer boasting a maximum printing width of 80 cm with the ability to print in CMYK plus white. In addition, new to Soyang is the Mimaki TS-330, a high quality 1.6m dye sublimation inkjet printer that can print on media as wide as 1,620mm.
Other Mimaki machines on display will include the Mimaki UJF 6042, a UV flatbed inkjet printer that can print up to 610mm x 420mm, and the Mimaki CJV330 fully-featured integrated solvent print and cut solution with a top speed of 100sq m/hr.
Aside from Mimaki, Soyang will be showcasing technology from other leading brands. These include Fujifilm, with attendees able to view live demonstrations of the Fujifilm Acuity Prime. This flatbed UV printer has a top speed of 150sq m/hr and can print on a wide range of rigid and flexible materials.
Also on display from Fujifilm will be the Fujifilm Acuity Ultra R2, a 3.2m-wide, high productivity superwide platform that is available in both UV and LED configurations. The machine also boasts a top print speed of up to 400sq m/hr.
As for other print solutions, visitors can view the Jetrix LxiR320, a new, multi roll grand-format LED UV printer that can handle printing onto three rolls simultaneously. The device can print on materials as wide as 320cm at a top speed of 120sq m/hr.
In addition, visitors can view the Adkins Inline 800, a DTF powder shaker cure unit that is new to the Soyang portfolio of solutions.
Media highlights
Aside from the opportunity to see all this technology in action, visitors will be handed a goody bag filled with treats from Soyang Europe, as well as view and take away samples of the many high-quality materials available from the supplier.
Live demonstrations will be taking place using just some of the many materials from Soyang Europe. These include the Solar range of PVC-free materials that can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.
Visitors can also find out more about a range of Keder products and how these solutions can help them access profitable work. Attendees can take away samples of these products and those from Hangzhou Baiken Sign Materials, which develops soft signage solutions for digital print media and manufactures extruded materials for Keder Edge textile graphics.
In addition, Soyang Europe will be showcasing its DTF film, explaining to visitors what is possible with this technology and the types of applications that they can create using these materials.
Strong finish
In terms of finishing, highlights at the open days will include machines from Vivid Laminating Technologies’ collection of VeloBlade Nexus wide-format digital die-cutting systems. Models in this range operate seamlessly with substrates up to 25mm in thickness including dibond, MDF, fabrics and acrylic.
Also on the finishing side, Soyang will showcase Bubble Free lamination solutions to those in attendance. Machines available from Soyang Europe include the Bubble Free Pro applicator flatbed laminator and the Bubble Free Mouse applicator.
Attendees can also see the Meevo MX Event with SEAS, a new fully automated SEG Keder sewing machine, now available with an extension table. In addition, Soyang Europe will display specialist handling solutions from Plast Grommet and cutting machines from market leader Keencut.
